The breakfast had a decent variety of options and the staff were generally polite. the hotel was situated in a convenient location and was easy to find. the option to retrieve the key outside of reception hours was helpful.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired and the amenities were not properly maintained. the bed sheets had stains on them and the furniture was falling apart.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend in this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main plaza and close to public transport, making it easy to get around. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, which was great for charging our devices. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and there was a great selection of food to choose from. Plus, the WiFi was fast and reliable.
The noise from outside was slightly bothersome, but not a big issue. The only downside was that the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets provided were not of great quality, but this issue was quickly resolved after the staff provided us with better bedding.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Erfurt. The location was ideal for both work and exploring the city, as it was close to the university and city center. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered at a reasonable price. However, the incident that occurred during my stay was the most disappointing aspect. On the day of my departure, I was unexpectedly forced to leave a day early without any valid explanation, leaving me feeling like a refugee in the middle of the street. This treatment was completely unacceptable, especially considering the inconvenience it caused me. I have since filed a complaint with the consumer protection office in Erfurt. Despite these negative experiences, the hotel could improve by ensuring better cleanliness, maintenance of facilities, and overall treatment of guests.
